So what exactly is AeroBarrier? Imagine revolutionary technology that can seal your building envelope with unmatched precision and efficiency. AeroBarrier is a state-of-the-art air sealing solution that uses a proprietary process to seal all gaps in your building envelope. With a specially modified blower door (Blower Door), a certain pressure is achieved in the premises of the building. Then a special water-based sealant is sprayed into the air, which naturally reaches the leaks in the building shell with the air flow. There, the sealant builds up on the edges of the gap until it is sealed. AeroBarrier technology seals gaps from as small as a human hair to larger than 1cm! There is no need to search for leaks manually, as the existing air leaks attracts the aerosol sealant. The air permeability of the building to be sealed is measured in real time, the process itself is computer controlled. Even before the process, the achievable level of air permeability of the building is set - and it is achieved without mistakes, without guesswork!
